10 Innovators Honoured At Vande Bharatam Grand Finale After Mentorship Programme
Ten innovators honoured after mentorship and evaluation at Vande Bharatam.
Vande Bharatam concluded its grand finale by recognising 10 innovators selected from across India for their entrepreneurial ideas and solutions. The finalists presented their concepts to Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani and were honoured with the Vande Bharatam Trophy after completing an intensive week of mentoring, interactions and evaluation. The programme brought together emerging entrepreneurs working across a wide range of sectors.
The 10 finalists were selected from an inaugural cohort of more than 50 innovators chosen from over 26,000 applications received from every state and Union Territory. Their ideas covered areas including mobility, sustainability, technology, agriculture, defence, healthcare, manufacturing and education. The selection process was designed to identify promising ideas and provide participants with opportunities to develop them further with guidance from experienced business leaders.
During the finalist week, the innovators interacted with more than 20 founders and chief executive officers from leading Indian startups who participated as mentors. Through curated sessions, evaluation rounds and detailed discussions, participants received feedback on their ideas and explored ways to strengthen their solutions. The programme also provided exposure to entrepreneurs and industry leaders who shared their experience of building and scaling businesses.

The grand finale was attended by Adani Group chief executive officers, family members, mentors and programme participants. Gautam Adani also visited the Vande Bharatam Experience Centre, where he interacted with the finalists and learnt more about their journeys and proposed solutions. He described the initiative as evidence of the depth and diversity of India's entrepreneurial talent and expressed hope that the platform would help innovators gain the access and encouragement needed to develop their ideas further.
Actor Rajeev Khandelwal was associated with the inaugural edition as its host and ambassador, helping the programme reach a wider audience and showcase emerging creators. The initiative is built around the idea that talent exists across the country but opportunities may not always be equally accessible. Vande Bharatam seeks to bridge that gap through mentorship, industry access, visibility and opportunities for growth.
The 10 finalists represent the first cohort to complete the Vande Bharatam journey, with the initiative now aiming to create a broader national platform for discovering and supporting grassroots innovation. Launched by Gautam Adani as a nationwide entrepreneurship and innovation programme, Vande Bharatam seeks to connect promising innovators with resources and industry expertise to develop solutions with wider social and economic impact.
