India, Brazil unite to boost trade, tech, defense ties.

In a strategic move amid US President Donald Trump’s recent 25% tariff hike on Indian goods, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva held a phone call on Thursday, pledging to deepen the India-Brazil Strategic Partnership. The leaders committed to enhancing cooperation in trade, technology, energy, defense, agriculture, health, and people-to-people connections, according to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

The leaders exchanged views on regional and global issues, reinforcing their shared vision.
