Curd Request Mix-Up Triggers Violent Clash at Telangana Biryani Centre

A seemingly routine request for curd at a biryani centre in Mancherial district escalated into a violent confrontation involving three youths. The incident occurred at Shivaji Biryani Centre after two customers arrived to have biryani. A misunderstanding during the meal reportedly led to an argument before the situation quickly turned physical. Police later reached the spot after the confrontation and a complaint was filed in connection with the incident.

According to preliminary information from the police, two youths identified as Ponnala Prashanth and Ponnala Kishore had visited the restaurant for a meal. During their time at the establishment, a third youth, identified as Manubothula Prashanth, was reportedly mistaken for a member of the restaurant staff. One of the customers allegedly asked him to bring curd, apparently believing that he worked at the biryani centre.

The request reportedly angered Manubothula Prashanth, who objected to being treated as restaurant staff. What began as a disagreement over the mistaken request soon developed into an argument between the youths. The exchange reportedly became heated, with Ponnala Prashanth allegedly attacking Manubothula Prashanth during the confrontation. The situation then escalated further inside the restaurant.

Ponnala Kishore subsequently joined the confrontation, turning the argument into a three-way physical clash. The altercation caused a disturbance inside the establishment as the three youths became involved in the scuffle. Manubothula Prashanth sustained injuries during the incident, according to the available information. The circumstances of the injuries and the precise sequence of events are expected to form part of the police inquiry.

The incident prompted police intervention after the confrontation at the biryani centre. A complaint was filed, allowing authorities to begin examining the circumstances surrounding the dispute and the alleged assault.
