Bettina Anderson, the 38-year-old Palm Beach socialite and model recently engaged to Donald Trump Jr, hails from a prominent local family rooted in banking and philanthropy. Her father, Harry Loy Anderson Jr, made history in 1970 as the youngest bank president in the United States at age 26, leading Worth Avenue National Bank. A dedicated philanthropist, he served on boards including the American Red Cross and the Historical Society of Palm Beach County before passing away from Alzheimer's disease in 2013 at age 70.

Anderson's mother, Inger Anderson, is a Swedish immigrant, philanthropist, and entrepreneur who co-owned and operated Palm Beach Groves, a citrus orchard and gift shop acquired with her husband in 1978. The business, known for shipping Florida fruit and nostalgic souvenirs, has been a fixture in the community for decades, celebrating milestones like its 40th anniversary under Inger's management in 2019.

Bettina grew up in affluence on the historic Oasis Cottage estate in Palm Beach, once owned by fashion designer Lilly Pulitzer Rousseau and sold by Inger for $11.88 million in 2016. An Ivy League graduate with a degree in art history from Columbia University, Bettina has five siblings: sisters Mea Stone, Bebe McCranels, and twin Kristina McPherson, as well as brothers Harry Loy III and Kent.
