Bengaluru Fitness Influencer Alleges Year-Long Stalking & Threats by Haryana Man

Haryana resident arrested after relentless harassment, explicit threats to Bengaluru-based nutritionist.

A 34-year-old fitness influencer and nutritionist based in Bengaluru has filed a police complaint accusing a man from Haryana of sustained stalking, sexual harassment, and threats spanning nearly a year. The woman, originally from Haryana and a Bengaluru resident for the past 15 years, identified the accused as Sudhir Kumar. Bengaluru police have arrested him, and investigations are ongoing.

According to the complaint, the harassment began in March 2025 and intensified significantly. On May 10, 2025, Sudhir allegedly visited the influencer’s family home in Rewari, Haryana, where he reportedly created a scene and behaved disruptively. Despite repeated warnings to cease contact, he continued sending abusive and threatening messages via WhatsApp. Among the alarming contents were explicit threats to travel to Bengaluru and sexually assault her, along with detailed, unsolicited descriptions of intended abuse that insulted her modesty.

The ordeal persisted across platforms. Between October 24 and December 20, 2025, Sudhir allegedly bombarded her Instagram with sexually explicit and provocative messages. Even after being blocked on multiple accounts, he reportedly created new profiles to continue the lewd remarks and harassment. The situation took a more alarming turn on January 12, 2026, when the accused visited the woman’s gym in Bengaluru and inquired about her, raising serious safety concerns.
