A woman has filed a police complaint alleging sexual harassment against officials of Anand Rathi Wealth leading to the registration of a case by the Shivajinagar Police Station in Pune against multiple employees of the financial services firm. According to details emerging from the complaint, the woman—reportedly a 33-year-old employee—has accused several officials of inappropriate behaviour and harassment in the workplace. She has also alleged that she faced threats and pressure after raising concerns internally, intensifying the seriousness of the accusations being examined by investigators.
Following the complaint, Shivajinagar Police registered a case against five officials linked to the company and initiated preliminary inquiry procedures to verify the allegations and gather statements from involved parties.
