Over 25 Shots Fired at YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s House
Bike-borne attackers fire 25+ rounds at YouTuber’s residence.
A brazen attack shook Gurugram’s upscale Sector 57 early Sunday morning when three masked assailants on a motorcycle unleashed over two dozen gunshots at the residence of controversial YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav. The incident, which occurred between 5:30 and 6:00 AM, targeted the ground and first floors of Yadav’s home, sparking panic in the neighborhood, police reported.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as Yadav was not at home, though his caretaker and family members, including his father, Ram Avtar Yadav, were present. “We were asleep when the firing started. I heard around 25–30 rounds. The CCTV shows three men, two clearly visible,” Ram Avtar told media, emphasizing that no prior threats had been received.
Gurugram Police, led by PRO Sandeep Kumar, swiftly responded, collecting bullet casings and forensic evidence while analyzing CCTV footage to identify the attackers, who fled the scene. “No one was harmed, but this is a serious incident. An FIR will be registered once the family files a formal complaint,” Kumar stated.

The attack has raised concerns about Yadav’s safety, given his history of controversies, including a 2023 arrest over allegations of using snake venom as a recreational drug at rave parties, a case still under investigation by the Enforcement Directorate. The Bhau Gang claimed responsibility, alleging Yadav promoted illegal betting apps, though police have not confirmed this motive.
Residents expressed shock, with some calling for heightened security in the area. Multiple police teams are now deployed, working to track down the culprits. The investigation continues as authorities probe whether the attack is linked to Yadav’s public persona or other disputes.
