Iran and Lebanon Strike Simultaneously as Air Raid Alarms Blare Across Central and North Israel

Iran's missiles and Lebanon's rockets triggered simultaneous air raid sirens across central and northern Israel.

Air raid sirens sounded across central and northern Israel on Sunday following missile and rocket attacks, as regional tensions continued to escalate. Alerts were triggered in central areas after incoming missile fire from Iran, while separate rocket launches from Lebanon set off alarms in northern parts of the country, according to local media reports.

Residents in and around Jerusalem reported hearing multiple blasts after warning sirens were activated. The Israeli military had earlier issued alerts about incoming missile threats, prompting air defence systems to respond. The situation led to heightened security measures and temporary disruptions as civilians sought shelter.

Emergency service Magen David Adom said there were no immediate reports of casualties in central Israel following the missile alerts. However, in the north, one person was reported injured amid rocket fire originating from Lebanon.
