On March 25, 2025, a 16-year-old Class 9 student was allegedly abducted and murdered in Delhi’s Wazirabad area, a locality in north Delhi known for its industrial and residential mix. According to a police source, the boy was kidnapped by three juveniles who demanded a ₹10 lakh ransom from his family.
