The shop owner, Ajay, a resident of Bakshi’s Talab, discovered the body when he arrived to collect supplies early on Sunday. The shop is located directly across from GCRG College, a busy area that sees significant pedestrian traffic. Police officials said the shop is a temporary structure, making the scene unusual and raising questions about how the body ended up in the freezer.
Investigators have cordoned off the area and are conducting a thorough examination of the premises. Forensic teams are expected to gather evidence from the freezer and other sections of the shop.
