#BREAKINGNEWS: Lashkar Commander Issues Direct Threat to Hindus in Kashmir

Lashkar-e-Taiba commander openly threatens Hindus in Kashmir, vows jihad to resolve the issue through violence.

Pakistan-based terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) has opened what appears to be a renewed and aggressive front against Jammu and Kashmir, with one of its senior commanders issuing explicit threats of violence against Hindus. In a public event held in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), LeT terrorist Abu Musa Kashmiri delivered a hate-filled speech advocating mass killings and glorifying terrorism as the only solution to the Kashmir issue.

A highly provocative video of the event, now circulating widely on social media, shows Kashmiri openly calling for throat-slitting of Hindus and rejecting any peaceful or political resolution. Chants from the gathered crowd echoed similar sentiments, reinforcing concerns about organised radicalisation. The speech marks one of the most explicit public incitements to violence in recent times from PoJK.

Abu Musa Kashmiri further claimed that he has personally conveyed these extremist views to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and other senior ministers. Such assertions, if true, strengthen long-standing allegations that terrorist groups operate with ideological and political backing from the Pakistani establishment. He reiterated that terrorism, masked as “jihad,” remains central to Lashkar’s agenda in Kashmir.

The Lashkar commander, associated with the LeT-linked outfit Jammu Kashmir United Movement (JKUM), was speaking at an event in Bahira village of Hajira tehsil in the Rawalakot district of PoJK. The fact that such speeches are delivered openly near the Line of Control without apparent restraint has reignited questions about the complicity or tacit approval of local authorities.

Following the emergence of the video, allegations of Pakistan actively promoting terrorism have gained renewed traction at both national and international levels. Analysts point out that the ability of terrorists to hold public gatherings and issue genocidal threats suggests a permissive environment that goes beyond mere negligence.

Indian intelligence agencies have taken the development seriously, initiating technical analysis, location verification, and network tracking linked to the speech. Officials believe such statements are intended to radicalise youth and signal a broader terror conspiracy, especially given that Abu Musa Kashmiri had issued similar inflammatory remarks prior to the Pahalgam terror attack.
