A man was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Madhya Pradesh’s Raisen district after a car allegedly ran over him twice before fleeing, according to police and CCTV footage that captured the shocking sequence.
The victim, identified as Krishan Pal, worked at the HEG factory and was reportedly on his way to duty early Wednesday morning when the incident occurred. The CCTV video shows a car striking him on the road; instead of stopping, the driver is seen reversing the vehicle and running over the victim again before speeding away.
Krishan Pal died on the spot due to the severe injuries sustained in the collision. His body was later recovered and sent for post-mortem examination as part of the investigation, officials said.

Based on details captured in the CCTV footage, police were able to trace the vehicle involved in the incident. The accused driver has been arrested, and further legal proceedings are underway.
