IT Services company Tech Mahindra on Monday announced that it will deploy the AI-powered platform Perplexity across its sales and customer-facing teams to enhance real-time decision-making and improve client engagement. The integration of “Perplexity Enterprise Pro” is aimed at providing employees with source-backed, intelligent insights to better understand customer priorities and industry trends.
The company said the initiative is designed to equip senior sales leaders and customer partners with advanced tools to efficiently research client needs, analyse sector-specific challenges, and identify emerging business opportunities. By embedding AI-driven capabilities into its sales processes, Tech Mahindra aims to make customer interactions more informed and data-driven.
