Tata Motors PV Q4 results, dividend, earnings call scheduled.
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. is set to announce its Q4FY26 financial results this week, with the company confirming key board meetings and an investor earnings call scheduled for May 14. The announcement comes as markets closely watch the performance of India’s passenger vehicle and electric mobility segment amid shifting demand trends and post-demerger restructuring.
According to an exchange filing dated April 28, the company’s Board of Directors will meet on May 14 to consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The board will also deliberate on a potential dividend recommendation for FY2025–26, which is expected to be placed before shareholders at the 81st Annual General Meeting.
The company has also scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts on May 14 at 6:30 p.m., where senior management is expected to discuss financial performance, operational updates, and outlook for the passenger vehicle business. The trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives remains closed from March 25 and will reopen 48 hours after the results are publicly announced.

The results follow a challenging previous quarter for Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd., which reported a consolidated loss of ₹3,486 crore compared with a profit of ₹5,406 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations also declined 26% year-on-year to ₹70,108 crore, reflecting pressure on volumes and market conditions in the automobile sector.
The stock performance of the company has remained under pressure in recent months. Shares have fallen 4.95% in the past five trading sessions, 1.26% over the past month, and 14.27% in the last six months. On a year-to-date basis, the decline stands at 7.18%, with a year-on-year drop of 20.37%. The stock had previously touched a 52-week high of ₹744 on June 11, 2025, and a low of ₹294.30 on March 30, 2026.
Despite recent volatility, shares were trading 1.28% higher at ₹341.15 on Wednesday morning on the NSE, broadly in line with the benchmark Nifty 50. Investors will be watching closely to see whether upcoming results and dividend decisions provide direction for the stock’s near-term trajectory.
