Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday invited students, parents, and teachers to watch the special episode of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) on February 6, highlighting the nationwide dialogue aimed at promoting stress-free exams and holistic learning. The event provides students an interactive platform to engage directly with the Prime Minister and seek guidance on academic and personal challenges.
This year’s PPC sessions were held across multiple locations, including Devmogra, Coimbatore, Raipur, Guwahati, and at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg in Delhi, symbolically connecting students from the east, west, north, south, and the heart of India. PM Modi described the interactions as refreshing and inspiring, appreciating the openness, enthusiasm, and curiosity of young participants.
Emphasising the importance of stress-free examinations, the Prime Minister shared practical insights on overcoming challenges, maintaining balance, and building confidence. The sessions also addressed broader issues related to learning, personal growth, and the importance of fostering a supportive environment for students.

Pariksha Pe Charcha, now in its ninth edition, has evolved into a pan-India movement, bringing together students, teachers, parents, and society to recognise and nurture each child’s individuality without fear or pressure. This year’s edition expanded beyond Delhi, reflecting the programme’s growing reach and inclusivity.
Over 4.5 crore students registered for PPC 2026, with an additional 2.26 crore participating in associated activities, taking total engagement to more than 6.76 crore nationwide. The scale underscores the initiative’s popularity and its role in shaping a positive, stress-free academic culture.
PM Modi encouraged students to approach board and entrance examinations with calmness, confidence, and resilience. He urged parents and teachers to create supportive learning environments, emphasising that education should cultivate both knowledge and values for the holistic development of India’s youth.
