Odoo Community Days 2025 Shatters Records with 25,000 Attendees

Odoo Community Days India 2025, held at the Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre, drew over 25,000 participants, cementing its status as India’s premier technology and business event. The two-day extravaganza on August 13-14, preceded by Smart Classes on August 11-12, offered a dynamic platform for networking, learning, and innovation, highlighted by a record-setting Odoo Hackathon 2025 that earned entries in the India and Asia Book of Records for the largest 24-hour offline recruitment hackathon, with over 18,000 registrants, 8,800 virtual participants, and 1,000 in the offline finale.

The event featured over 250 exhibitors, including 94.3 My FM, showcasing Odoo’s versatile applications in finance, HR, CRM, retail, manufacturing, and e-commerce. Keynotes by Odoo CEO Fabien Pinckaers and Managing Director of Odoo India Mantavya Gajjar underscored India’s role as a key growth market and outlined the company’s future roadmap. Attendees engaged in hands-on experiences at the Odoo POS Café, which served over 14,000 cups of coffee, the bustling Odoo Store, and the Odoo Smart Mart, demonstrating real-world inventory management. A Business Challenge provided MBA students with practical industry insights, while a special lunch with Pinckaers fostered discussions on scaling, AI, and entrepreneurship.

The speaker lineup, including Aman Gupta, Ranveer Allahbadia, Sharan Hegde, Ganesh from Think School, Abhi and Niyu, Madan Gowri, and Mahesh Keshwala (Thugesh), captivated younger audiences and added vibrancy. Managed entirely by Odoo employees—from logistics to stage design—the event exemplified teamwork and innovation. With over 150 sessions and interactive exhibits, Odoo Community Days 2025 solidified its role as a transformative force in India’s business and tech landscape, promising an even grander experience next year.
