Gordon Ramsay's Street Burger Lands at Delhi Airport, Mumbai Next
Ramsay’s gourmet burgers hit Delhi Airport
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has made his much-anticipated debut in India with the opening of Gordon Ramsay Street Burger at Terminal 1 of Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA), marking a bold entry into the country’s culinary scene. The launch, in partnership with Travel Food Services (TFS), introduces travelers to Ramsay’s signature gourmet burgers, seasoned fries, and refreshing beverages, blending global flair with local inspirations like the Tandoori Paneer and Butternut Bhaji burgers.
The 60-seater restaurant, unveiled on August 18, transforms airport dining with its vibrant, streetwise aesthetic, featuring wall graphics of Delhi’s iconic landmarks like Qutub Minar and India Gate. “Fresh. Fiery. First in India,” declared Delhi Airport’s Instagram post, showcasing the sleek design and indulgent menu, which also includes Hotter than Hell Fries, vegan bites, sticky toffee pudding, and cocktails. Gordon Ramsay Street Burger responded, “Delhi! We are so happy to be here.”
This launch is the first of a three-year plan to open six dining outlets across Indian airports, including Gordon Ramsay Plane Food, Street Pizza, and Plane Food To-Go, with Mumbai’s Navi Mumbai International Airport next on the list. Andy Wenlock, CEO of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, emphasized India’s culinary heritage as a perfect fit, stating, “Indian airports are the new stage for our culinary journey, and we’re excited to see travelers embrace these vibrant, flavor-intense experiences.” TFS, managing over 425 eateries across 18 Indian airports, aims to redefine travel dining with this collaboration.

The menu, priced between ₹500-1,000, caters to India’s growing appetite for global flavors, with IGIA’s 78 million annual passengers making it a strategic launchpad. As Ramsay’s brand expands, following successful airport ventures in London, Doha, and Hong Kong, this move signals a new era for India’s airport dining.
