Global AI Leaders Converge in Delhi For India's First Impact Summit 2026

India’s inaugural AI Impact Summit 2026 is set to begin on February 16, bringing together global technology leaders, policymakers, and industry stakeholders for a five-day artificial intelligence conference in the national capital. The event, organised under the government’s digital initiatives, will run from February 16 to February 20, with the main summit sessions scheduled for February 19 and 20.

The conference will feature keynote addresses, exhibitions, and multiple panel discussions aimed at showcasing India’s growing ambitions in the artificial intelligence sector. According to the organisers, several high-profile technology executives are expected to attend, including Sundar Pichai of Google and Sam Altman of OpenAI. Leaders from other major AI firms such as Anthropic are also likely to participate, underscoring the summit’s global significance.

Officials said interested individuals can register as delegates to attend the event in person, and notably, there is no registration fee. However, organisers have clarified that delegates will not be able to attend certain sessions on February 19, suggesting some portions of the summit may be restricted or invitation-only.
