Delhivery Reports Q4 FY26: Revenue Rises 30% to Rs 2,850 Crore

Delhivery Q4 revenue rises 30% to Rs 2,850 crore; profit declines marginally.

Delhivery reported a marginal decline in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY2025-26, even as the company posted strong growth in revenue and operating performance. The logistics major announced its financial results through an exchange filing on Saturday.

The company’s consolidated net profit stood at Rs 72.3 crore during the January-March quarter, compared to Rs 72.5 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. This reflected a slight year-on-year decline of around 0.3% in quarterly profit despite healthy growth across its operations.

However, Delhivery recorded a sharp increase in revenue during the quarter. The company’s revenue from operations rose 30% year-on-year to Rs 2,850 crore, up from Rs 2,192 crore in the same period last year. The strong revenue growth indicates increased demand across logistics, parcel delivery, and supply chain services.

The company also posted a significant improvement in operational profitability. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) surged 80% year-on-year to Rs 214 crore, compared to Rs 119 crore reported a year earlier. EBITDA margin improved notably to 7.5%, rising from 5.4% in the previous fiscal period.

The latest quarterly numbers highlight the company’s continued focus on scaling operations and improving efficiency despite pressure on bottom-line profitability. Delhivery remains one of India’s leading logistics and supply chain firms, handling large-scale e-commerce deliveries, warehousing, and freight services across the country.

The results come at a time when India’s logistics and e-commerce sectors continue witnessing rapid expansion, driven by rising online shopping demand, faster delivery expectations, and increased adoption of organized supply chain solutions by businesses across sectors.
