Bank of Baroda Opens 23 IT Officer Posts, Apply Online Before February 19

Bank of Baroda (BoB) has officially opened applications for 23 professional positions in its Information Technology vertical, inviting candidates to apply online for contractual roles ranging from senior cloud engineers to enterprise architects. The application window started on January 30, 2026, and will close on February 19, 2026. Candidates must complete the application fee payment online for their submission to be considered valid.

The vacancies cover a variety of IT specializations, including AI/GenAI/NLP/ML, UI/UX design, application architecture, infrastructure, and integration expertise. Senior roles like Assistant Vice President and mid-level positions such as Deputy Manager are included, with eligibility requiring a BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communication from a recognized institution. Detailed experience criteria are outlined in the official notification.

Applicants must be between 28 and 40 years of age as of January 1, 2026, with age relaxation applicable according to Bank of Baroda rules. Additionally, a minimum CIBIL score of 680 is required, and candidates with unsatisfactory credit history or loan defaults will be deemed ineligible. The bank reserves the right to disqualify candidates at any stage if credit standards are not met.

Selected candidates will be offered contractual appointments for an initial period of five years, extendable up to 10 years based on performance. Remuneration will be competitive and determined by qualifications, experience, previous salary, and market benchmarks. Appointees may be transferred anywhere across India, and willingness to serve nationwide is mandatory.

The selection process involves application scrutiny, an online test, psychometric assessment, and personal interviews. Shortlisting will consider qualifications, work experience, domain expertise, and overall suitability, with meeting the minimum eligibility criteria not guaranteeing an interview call.
