1.       Transition from Work Mode (5–6 PM)

Start by mentally detaching from work. A short walk, stretching, or a workout can help reset your mind and release built-up tension. If possible, step away from screens and engage in a non-work-related activity, like listening to music or a podcast. Hydrating well and having a light snack can also help replenish energy levels.

2. Nourishment and Connection (6–7 PM)

Use this time for a healthy, nourishing meal. Avoid processed foods or excessive caffeine, which can disrupt sleep. If you live with family or friends, have meaningful conversations. If you’re alone, engage in a relaxing hobby like reading, journaling, or light cooking. Social interactions, even virtual ones, can boost mood and reduce stress.

3.       Mindful Relaxation (7–8 PM)

This is your prime time to unwind. Choose calming activities such as meditation, a warm shower, or gentle yoga. Reduce exposure to bright screens and social media to prevent overstimulation. If you enjoy entertainment, opt for light-hearted shows or music. Engaging in a creative hobby, such as painting or playing an instrument, can also be fulfilling.

To set the pace for a productive day, spend a few minutes planning. Write down tasks, lay out your clothes, or set reminders. This reduces morning stress and improves focus. Wind down further by reading or engaging in deep breathing exercises. Ending the day with gratitude journaling or a brief reflection can improve overall well-being.
