Check timings, booking options and live streaming details for devotees.
Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 will begin on September 14 and conclude with Ganesha Visarjan on September 25. In Maharashtra, particularly Mumbai, the festival is marked by elaborate public celebrations and large Ganesh idols. Among the city’s most prominent attractions is Lalbaugcha Raja, which draws thousands of devotees seeking darshan during the 10-day festival.
The first look of Lalbaugcha Raja’s idol for this year’s celebrations was unveiled on September 11. Devotees can seek blessings through different forms of darshan, including Mukh Darshan and Charan Sparsha Darshan. A 24-hour live darshan facility is also available for people who cannot visit the pandal in person. General darshan normally begins around 5:00 AM, while the Mukh Darshan and Charan Sparsha queues generally begin around 6:00 AM.
Daily poojas and aartis form an important part of the celebrations. The scheduled pooja timings include a morning session from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM, an afternoon session from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and an evening session from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Devotees should check the official Lalbaugcha Raja website for any changes to timings, entry arrangements or queue restrictions before travelling.

Regular darshan at the Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal is free, with no official charge for standard Mukh Darshan or Charan Sparsh. The mandal has not announced an official price for paid VIP tickets for 2026. Devotees seeking special access should therefore verify the availability and booking details through the official channels rather than relying on unofficial ticket sellers.
For online bookings, devotees can visit the official Lalbaugcha Raja website, register or log in using their mobile number and check the available darshan booking services. If VIP booking is offered, visitors can select the darshan type, date and time slot before providing the required personal details and completing payment through the available digital options. For offline bookings, devotees can visit the designated ticket counter in Mumbai, submit the required details and identification, select an available slot and collect the confirmation.
Those unable to travel to Mumbai can watch Lalbaugcha Raja darshan and aartis online through the mandal’s official YouTube channel and social media platforms. The live-streaming facility provides devotees with an option to participate in the celebrations remotely. Since timings, booking arrangements and entry rules can change closer to the festival, devotees are advised to verify the latest information through the official Lalbaugcha Raja channels.
