Man Loses 19 Kg With Intermittent Fasting, Eating First Meal at 2 PM
Man reverses fatty liver, loses 19 kg through intermittent fasting routine.
Vivek Rajput has shared how intermittent fasting, regular exercise and dietary changes allegedly helped him lose 19 kilograms over six months. In an Instagram post published on August 5, he said his weight decreased from 83 kilograms to 64 kilograms after he stopped eating breakfast and adopted a six-hour daily eating window.
Rajput said he begins his day at around 7 am with black coffee and exercises at the gym on an empty stomach. His first meal is usually at approximately 2 pm, while his final meal is completed by 8 pm. According to him, the routine has improved his energy levels and helped him manage hunger more effectively.
Describing his diet, Rajput said his first meal typically includes 100 grams of rice, 100 grams of paneer, corn, peas, homemade potato and soybean curry, bitter gourd and salad. His reported transformation appears to have involved a combination of controlled meal timings, food choices, physical activity and consistency rather than skipping breakfast alone.

Rajput also claimed that his triglyceride level fell from 280 to 90 and his total cholesterol declined from 200 to 148. He said his testosterone increased from 290 to 607, his high blood pressure returned to the normal range and his fatty liver condition normalised following the lifestyle changes.
The claims are based on Rajput’s personal account shared on social media and have not been independently verified. Although he attributed the reported improvements to his new routine, an individual experience does not establish that the same method will produce similar results for others or that skipping breakfast alone can reverse a medical condition.
Intermittent fasting may not be appropriate for everyone, particularly people with certain health conditions, nutritional needs or medication schedules. Those considering substantial changes to their eating pattern should consult a doctor or qualified dietitian. The reported experience should be treated as personal testimony and not as a substitute for professional medical advice.
