Amla juice, derived from the Indian gooseberry, is another widely consumed health drink with a strong nutritional profile. Fresh amla is known for its exceptionally high vitamin C levels—often far exceeding those of most fruits—along with polyphenols and flavonoids that provide powerful antioxidant benefits. The juice also contains minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus and potassium, as well as small amounts of amino acids and fibre that support metabolism and digestive health.
