Fitness coach and content creator Ralston D'Souza has shared a high-protein, creamy chicken noodle recipe that has gained attention on social media for combining relatively low calories with high protein content. The recipe, originally shared by content creator Ganesh Mehta and later tested by Ralston, is being promoted as a simple one-pot meal suitable for fitness-focused diets.
The dish is presented as a nutritionally balanced meal with approximately 600 calories and about 51 grams of protein, along with 16 grams of fat and 61 grams of carbohydrates. According to the fitness coach, the recipe is designed to support muscle-building and satiety while keeping overall calorie intake controlled, making it appealing to people following structured fitness or weight management plans.
The preparation begins as a one-pot cooking process where egg noodles are combined with basic aromatics such as chopped onion, garlic, capsicum, and chilli. These ingredients are cooked together with water until the noodles soften, allowing the flavours to infuse directly into the dish. Tomatoes and dried red chillies are also added during cooking to build a base layer of taste and spice.

A key element of the recipe is its creamy sauce, which is prepared separately by blending cooked tomatoes, dried red chillies, and cashews using a portion of the starchy water from the noodles.
