According to physician Kunal Sood, multiple simple routines practiced consistently can significantly improve vascular function over time and support long-term cardiovascular health.

One of the most effective habits for improving circulation is regular walking, which helps stimulate blood flow throughout the body. Walking creates a natural force on blood vessel walls known as shear stress, which supports the function of the endothelium, the inner lining of blood vessels.
