Coach Recommends Five-Day Workout Routine To Accelerate Weight Loss Before 2026 Ends

Coach Shares Simple Weight Loss Routine

Losing weight sustainably requires consistency rather than relying on short-term or extreme workout routines. Certified nutrition and lifestyle coach Karishma Yadav has shared a simple five-day exercise schedule designed to combine strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), core exercises and low-impact cardio. The routine is structured to work different muscle groups throughout the week while keeping cardiovascular and fat-burning exercises in the programme. The plan places strength training at the centre of the weekly routine. Resistance-based workouts can help build and maintain muscle while supporting overall physical fitness.

Training different muscle groups across separate sessions can also give individual muscle groups time to recover before they are worked again. For people beginning an exercise routine, the intensity and volume should be adjusted according to their fitness level rather than attempting an advanced programme immediately. Another component of the schedule is HIIT, or high-intensity interval training. HIIT involves alternating short periods of more intense activity with recovery periods. It can provide a time-efficient cardiovascular workout and add variety to a weekly exercise plan.

However, because high-intensity exercise can be demanding, beginners should start at an appropriate level and gradually increase the intensity as their fitness improves. The five-day schedule also incorporates core exercises, which target the muscles around the abdomen, lower back and pelvis. A stronger core can support stability and movement during both everyday activities and other forms of exercise. Including core-focused work alongside strength and cardio sessions allows the routine to address different aspects of physical fitness instead of concentrating exclusively on calorie expenditure.

Low-impact cardio is another important part of the plan. Activities that place less stress on the joints can provide a way to remain physically active while allowing recovery between more demanding workouts. Combining lower-impact sessions with strength training and occasional HIIT can make the overall routine more varied and potentially easier to maintain over time. The focus is on creating a consistent weekly exercise pattern rather than relying on a single type of workout.

While exercise can contribute to weight loss, the amount of weight a person loses depends on several factors, including food intake, activity levels, sleep, health conditions and individual metabolism. A five-day workout schedule should therefore be viewed as one component of a broader healthy lifestyle rather than a guaranteed method for achieving a specific amount of weight loss. People who are new to exercise or have existing medical conditions should consider seeking professional guidance before starting a demanding workout programme.
