Fitness coach Sagar Ahuja has spoken about entrepreneur Ankur Warikoo’s physical transformation, highlighting the disciplined training and lifestyle changes behind Warikoo’s reported fitness journey. In recent comments, Ahuja described how consistent coaching and structured habits helped Warikoo achieve significant improvements in strength, body composition, and overall energy levels.
According to Ahuja, Warikoo has undergone a notable transformation since beginning training in 2023, focusing on reducing body fat and improving overall conditioning without disrupting his professional lifestyle. The coach stated that Warikoo’s fitness goals were centred on sustainable progress rather than short-term results, with emphasis placed on consistency in both workouts and nutrition.
Ahuja claimed that Warikoo’s physical changes included a reduction in body weight from approximately 82 kg to 69 kg, along with a decrease in waist size from 36 inches to 29.5 inches. He also stated that Warikoo transitioned from a softer physique to a more defined and athletic build, while maintaining what he described as improved posture, energy levels, and daily discipline.
