TVS Motor Q1 FY27 Results On July 21; Earnings Call Scheduled, NCD Issue Considered
TVS Motor announces Q1 FY27 results schedule and fundraising plans.
TVS Motor Company Ltd is set to announce its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27 (Q1FY27) on July 21, with investors closely monitoring the company’s performance amid changing automobile market conditions. The results are expected to provide insights into domestic demand, electric vehicle sales, margins and the company’s outlook for the remaining financial year.
According to an exchange filing dated July 10, TVS Motor’s Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The company has not announced a specific release time for the results but is expected to publish them after market hours.
The board will also consider a proposal to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore through the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The fundraising plan may be carried out in one or more tranches, depending on the company’s requirements and market conditions. TVS Motor is not expected to announce a dividend along with the quarterly results, as it has already paid an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share for FY26.

Market participants will closely track key performance areas, including domestic two-wheeler sales growth, demand for premium motorcycles, electric scooter sales under the iQube brand, EBITDA margins and management commentary on future business prospects. The company will conduct its earnings conference call with analysts and investors at 5:15 pm IST on July 21 after the results announcement.
TVS Motor’s stock performance has remained mixed in recent months. The shares declined around 0.49 per cent over the last five trading sessions but gained approximately 4.44 per cent in one month. The stock has fallen about 5.8 per cent on a year-to-date basis while recording gains of nearly 25.2 per cent over the past year. The company’s shares touched a 52-week high of Rs 3,970 on February 26, 2026, and a low of Rs 2,728.70 on July 25, 2025.
In the previous quarter, TVS Motor reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue in Q4FY26, supported by strong domestic demand and growth in premium motorcycles. Consolidated revenue from operations increased 30.42 per cent year-on-year to Rs 15,052.73 crore, while consolidated net profit rose 17.5 per cent to Rs 819.55 crore. Ahead of the Q1FY27 results, the company’s trading window for designated persons remains closed from July 1 to July 23 under SEBI’s insider trading regulations.
