Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria Dazzle at 'Toxic' Trailer Launch in Bengaluru

Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria bring contrasting glam looks to Toxic launch.

Actors Kiara Advani and Tara Sutaria brought contrasting fashion statements to the trailer launch of filmmaker Geetu Mohandas’s upcoming action drama Toxic on August 8. Appearing alongside the film’s lead actor Yash, the two stars transformed the promotional event into a glamorous showcase of contemporary tailoring and bold, vintage-inspired styling.

Kiara chose a structured white corset ensemble that reflected a clean and modern aesthetic. The sharply defined look offered a minimalist counterpoint to the more dramatic outfit worn by Tara. Together, their appearances created a striking visual contrast, demonstrating two distinctly different approaches to statement dressing at a major film promotion.

Tara embraced maximalist glamour in a floor-length leopard-print dress by TNA Ilkyaz Ozel, also known as The New Arrivals. The fitted outfit featured an off-the-shoulder scooped neckline and full sleeves, creating an elongated silhouette. Its bold animal pattern drew inspiration from the renewed popularity of leopard print across international fashion collections.

Rather than moderating the dress’s dominant pattern, Tara amplified its vintage character through statement jewellery. She paired the ensemble with a gold chain-link necklace from Givenchy and vintage Chanel earrings. The accessories strengthened the look’s archival quality while maintaining the dramatic, 1990s-inspired aesthetic of the floor-sweeping gown.

Her beauty styling continued the same theme, with long waves swept to one side to complement the dress’s neckline. Warm bronzed cheeks, soft brown eyeshadow and a neutral glossy lip completed the appearance. The restrained makeup palette balanced the intensity of the animal print without taking attention away from the outfit and jewellery.

Kiara’s crisp white corset and Tara’s leopard-print gown represented opposite ends of the fashion spectrum—one structured and understated, the other expressive and maximalist. Their contrasting ensembles added visual interest to the launch as the cast began promoting Toxic. The Bengaluru appearance also placed fashion at the centre of the film’s early promotional campaign alongside its trailer and action-focused presentation.
