The film, which is slated for a theatrical release on June 4, has already begun generating buzz following its recent trailer launch in Mumbai on May 18.
Shikhar reacted to the trailer through his Instagram Stories, where he shared the video and praised Janhvi’s screen presence. In a lighthearted remark, he described her as a “lady don” in both reel and real life, drawing attention from fans online. He also expressed excitement for the film’s lead actor Ram Charan, calling the trailer “mass” and appreciating his performance.
The trailer of Peddi runs for over three minutes and introduces a high-energy rural drama centered around a strong-willed protagonist played by Ram Charan. The visuals highlight his character’s athletic abilities, including cricket, wrestling, and sprinting, alongside his physical strength and resilience. Actor Boman Irani appears in a key moment in the trailer, referring to Ram Charan’s character as a “cross athlete of India.”
