Chiranjeevi Reunites with Director K S Ravindra for 158th Film
Megastar announces back-to-back projects, promises massive action-packed ride for fans
Megastar Chiranjeevi, who recently celebrated his 70th birthday, has confirmed his next big-screen outing his 158th film in collaboration with director K S Ravindra (Bobby Kolli).
The filmmaker revealed the project on Instagram by dropping the first-look poster, calling the upcoming venture a “massive rampage in every aspect.” This marks the second collaboration between the two after their successful 2023 entertainer Waltair Veerayya, which was a commercial hit.
“Feeling blessed to collaborate with the one and only Megastar @chiranjeevikonidela garu for the 2nd time… #Mega158 is going to be a RAMPAGE,” Ravindra wrote, adding to the excitement among fans.

The announcement came alongside another surprise: Chiranjeevi also unveiled the title of his 157th film, directed by Anil Ravipudi. Titled Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, the film is set for a Sankranti 2026 release. It stars Nayanthara as the female lead and is backed by Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela under the Shine Screens and Goldbox Entertainment banners.
Chiranjeevi thanked his team for the birthday gift, writing: “Let’s celebrate Sankranti 2026 with Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu in cinemas.”
With two big projects announced back-to-back, fans are abuzz with expectations. While Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu promises a festive release, Mega158 with Ravindra is being positioned as a mass-action spectacle aimed at setting new box office benchmarks.
