Announced on Monday, the film marks a bold departure for Naresh, known for his comedic flair, as he steps into the eerie unknown under debutant director Nani Kasaragadda. The project, helmed by showrunner Dr. Anil Vishwanath—celebrated for the Polimera series—promises a spine-tingling narrative, with Vishwanath also penning the story, screenplay, and dialogues.

Produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under Srinivasaa Silver Screen, with Pavan Kumar presenting, 12A Railway Colony unveiled its title teaser today, offering a haunting glimpse into its paranormal world. The teaser opens with Naresh brooding by a window, his enigmatic gaze setting a tense tone.

A voiceover by Viva Harsha poses unsettling questions about spirits, amplifying the suspense as eerie events unfold, culminating in Naresh’s character firing a shot with a sinister smile—an intriguing hook leaving viewers craving more.
