The Family Man Season 4: Manoj Bajpayee Gives Major Update On Next Chapter

Manoj Bajpayee has provided an update on The Family Man Season 4, revealing that discussions for the next chapter of the popular Raj & DK series are expected to begin soon. The actor, who has played intelligence officer Srikant Tiwari since the show’s first season, indicated that the project is gradually moving towards its next stage.

Manoj revealed that the initial discussions for the fourth season are likely to begin soon, after which the writing process will take shape. Once the script is finalised, the cast will be brought in for preparations and scheduling. The actor also noted that the continued interest in Srikant Tiwari’s return has come from viewers across different age groups.

The update follows the release of Season 3, which continued Srikant’s struggle to balance his demanding work as an intelligence officer with challenges in his personal life. Manoj’s portrayal of the character has become closely associated with the series, making the return of Srikant one of the major points of interest for fans awaiting the next season.

While The Family Man remains one of his most recognised recent projects, Manoj is also preparing for Last Man in Tower, based on Aravind Adiga’s 2011 novel. He plays Yogesh Murthy, also known as Masterji, a character portrayed as a principled older man determined to protect his dignity and unwilling to compromise on what he believes is right.

Discussing the character, Manoj described Masterji as someone deeply committed to his principles and unwilling to surrender his sense of self-respect. The character’s relationship with his son is also central to the story, with Masterji particularly concerned about being hurt by the person closest to him.

Manoj also revealed that he performed his own action sequences in the project, including the climax. He acknowledged that physically demanding scenes have become more challenging with age but continued with the sequences without using a body double. As fans wait for further developments on The Family Man Season 4, the actor remains involved in projects that explore very different characters and stories.
