Nawazuddin Admits Daughter Shora Criticizes His Dancing

Daughter criticises Nawazuddin's dancing skills constantly.

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has shared a candid and light-hearted insight into his bond with his 16-year-old daughter, Shora Siddiqui, revealing that she often critiques his dancing skills and does not hesitate to express her honest opinions. The actor said his daughter’s straightforward feedback has even affected his confidence when it comes to dancing in public.

Speaking in a recent interview, Nawazuddin said that Shora is extremely honest with him and often tells him not to dance, as she feels he is not particularly skilled at it. He mentioned that while the criticism is delivered in a humorous and familiar father-daughter manner, it has nonetheless made him more self-conscious about dancing. The actor added that such moments reflect the openness and comfort they share in their relationship.

During the conversation, he was also asked about Shora’s growing popularity on social media and whether she plans to enter the film industry. Nawazuddin responded that she is currently focused on her education and that acting is something she is passionate about, but her future decisions will depend on completing her studies first. He emphasised that there is no immediate rush and that her academic journey remains the priority.
