Farhana Bhatt's family sues Amaal Mallik's aunt.
Bigg Boss 19 has exploded off-screen after Farhana Bhatt's family slapped a legal notice on contestant Amaal Mallik's aunt, Roshan Garry Bhinder, for branding Farhana a "terrorist" in a viral interview. The notice, issued Wednesday and shared on social media, demands the video's immediate removal from Fifafooz YouTube channel, a public apology, and Rs 1 crore in damages for "reputational and emotional harm." Copies were also sent to the National Commission for Women and Maharashtra State Women's Commission, signaling a no-holds-barred fight.
In the October Fifafooz interview, Roshan didn't hold back when asked about Farhana, calling her "evil" and a "terrorist" who "laughs after sucking people's blood." The family condemned the remarks as "defamatory and provocative," stating they chose "dignity and legal recourse" over online mudslinging. Farhana's lawyer highlighted the distress caused, especially as the comments targeted her character on a public platform amid the show's massive viewership.
Farhana's journey in Bigg Boss 19 has been a rollercoaster—she was evicted on day one by housemates but dramatically returned after a secret room twist on day six. Hosted by Salman Khan and streaming on Jio Hotstar and Colors TV since August 24, the season has seen seven evictions and one health-related exit from the original 18 contestants. The off-screen legal storm now threatens to overshadow house drama.

The notice also ropes in YouTube India, holding the platform accountable for hosting the "defamatory" content. Farhana's team warned that failure to comply could escalate to court, potentially setting a precedent for celebrity family feuds spilling into defamation battles. Roshan and Amaal Mallik have yet to respond publicly.
As Bigg Boss 19 heats up inside the house, this external clash underscores how personal attacks can cross legal lines, turning reality TV rivalries into high-stakes courtroom confrontations. Fans await the next twist—will an apology come, or will Rs 1 crore change hands?
