Mohanlal reprises his iconic role as Khureshi Ab’raam, also known as Stephen Nedumpally, bringing his signature screen presence and intensity. Prithviraj Sukumaran, who also directs the film, plays Zayed Masood, adding to the intrigue. A sequel to the 2019 blockbuster Lucifer, L2: Empuraan is the second installment in the planned trilogy. With grand visuals, powerful dialogues, and high-end action sequences, the trailer promises an even more expansive cinematic experience. The film, produced by Lyca Productions, Aashirvad Cinemas, and Sree Gokulam Movies, is set to release theatrically on March 27 in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada. In the Telugu states, it will be distributed by Dil Raju’s SVC Cinemas.
