Speaking during a conversation on a podcast hosted by Nikhil Kamath, the 58-year-old industrialist said he follows a routine built around moderation rather than strict dietary restrictions. Birla explained that he prefers consuming small meals at regular intervals instead of large portions. According to him, his typical breakfast consists of a two-egg omelette, followed later by soup around midday. For dinner, he said he keeps his meals simple with foods such as bhindi and paneer. Despite maintaining a disciplined eating routine, Birla admitted that he has a sweet tooth and occasionally enjoys chocolate.
