Spread across a 10,000-square-foot plot, the four-bedroom villa was designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm SAOTA under the leadership of architect Phillippe Fouché. The residence follows a distinctive Californian Konkan-style design philosophy, combining contemporary aesthetics with regional influences. According to Architectural Digest India, Kohli envisioned a home that reflected a sense of belonging and community rather than simply serving as a luxury retreat.
Nestled amid lush greenery, the villa incorporates biophilic design principles that emphasise a strong connection with nature. The property features expansive glass walls, large windows, and an open-plan layout that maximises natural light and creates seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. A double-height ceiling with natural hardwood detailing further enhances the home's spacious and airy character.
The residence is equipped with several premium amenities, including a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a custom-designed kitchen, four luxury bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and a landscaped garden. High-end materials such as Italian marble, Turkish limestone, travertine, and natural stone have been used throughout the property, adding texture and sophistication to the interiors. Reports have previously estimated the villa's value at around ₹32 crore.
