Actor Sanjay Dutt was spotted at Mumbai airport amid an ongoing online debate over remarks he made about the state of the country during an appearance on Shekhar Suman's talk show Shekhar Tonite. A video of the actor at the airport has circulated on social media, with users reacting to his recent comments and subsequent clarifications. Sanjay was seen wearing a black outfit as he arrived at the airport.

The controversy began after Sanjay appeared on Shekhar Tonite during a Gandhi Jayanti episode, where he discussed his views on the current atmosphere in the country. During the conversation, the actor said he felt that peace was missing and expressed hope that the situation would improve. He also spoke positively about Indians being hospitable and large-hearted, while expressing a desire for the country to return to what he described as more peaceful times.

Sanjay also brought his popular Munna Bhai character into the discussion while making a humorous political reference. Imagining himself as the Prime Minister for five minutes, he spoke about Mahatma Gandhi's principles and his well-known three monkeys representing the idea of not seeing, hearing or speaking evil. He then jokingly suggested the need for a fourth monkey who would act when something wrong was witnessed.
