Ranveer Singh-Starrer 'Dhurandhar - The Revenge' Heads To Netflix With Extended Cut
Netflix to stream extended Dhurandhar The Revenge internationally soon
Dhurandhar: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh, is set for its digital premiere with an extended international streaming version on Netflix. The platform has announced that the film’s “Raw and Undekha” edition will begin streaming globally from May 14, 2026, offering audiences additional footage not included in the theatrical release.
The action thriller had earlier released in cinemas with a runtime of 3 hours, 49 minutes and 6 seconds. However, the Netflix edition will run for 3 hours and 52 minutes, making it slightly longer and positioning itself as a more complete version of the film. The extended cut is being promoted as a “raw” presentation designed to give viewers deeper insight into the film’s dramatic and action-heavy narrative.
While the makers have not disclosed specific details about the unseen scenes, the additional footage is expected to expand certain emotional and action sequences that were either shortened or omitted from the theatrical version. Fans online have particularly speculated that the added scenes may alter the emotional weight and pacing of the climax, which became a major talking point following the film’s theatrical run.

The streaming release will be available internationally in 4K resolution with Dolby 5.1 audio support. However, reports indicate that the platform currently does not support HDR, Dolby Vision, or Dolby Atmos for the film. Despite that, the extended runtime and promise of unseen content have generated significant interest among viewers who either watched the film in theatres or missed its big-screen release.
Interestingly, the film’s India streaming rights are currently held by JioHotstar, meaning domestic audiences may not immediately receive access to the Netflix-exclusive extended cut. This has led to speculation among Indian fans about whether the “Raw and Undekha” version will eventually be made available locally as well.
For international audiences, the May 14 streaming debut will serve as the first opportunity to watch the film outside theatres. The release strategy also reflects the growing trend of offering alternate or extended OTT versions of major theatrical releases to boost engagement and provide added value for streaming viewers.
