Actor Farhan Akhtar recently opened up about his recovery from a meniscus tear and surgery, declaring that “life’s getting back on track.” The Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara star revealed on Wednesday via social media that he suffered the injury last year, undergoing surgery in December 2024. In an optimistic post, he expressed gratitude for his medical team and trainers as he rebuilds strength.

Sharing a photo of himself in a sleeveless t-shirt, shorts, and shoes, Farhan wrote, “Had a meniscus tear last year and a surgery in December to take care of it. Thank you Dr Vivek Shetty, for allaying any fear I had about the procedure and recovery.” He credited trainers Samir Jaura and Drew Neal for guiding him back to fitness, adding, “Finally beginning to pack some load onto the knee… Ups and downs are all part of the journey. We got to keep moving. Let’s go #takeitoutside #fitnessgoals.”

Beyond his health update, Farhan has been in the spotlight for reuniting with Hrithik Roshan and Abhay Deol for the campaign Zindagi Ko Yas Bol. This five-episode series, launched on March 1, 2025, echoes their 2011 hit Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. The trio embarked on thrilling adventures at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, channeling the film’s spirit of friendship and spontaneity. A nostalgic social media post showed them in familiar outfits, posing in a car on an open road, captioned, “It took time, but we finally said YAS,” with hashtags like #ZindagiKoYasBol.

Farhan’s journey—from surgery to starring in this exhilarating series—highlights his resilience. As he regains physical momentum and revisits cinematic camaraderie, the Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor proves that challenges, whether personal or professional, only fuel his drive to keep moving forward.
