Bollywood actors Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday have expressed support for the ongoing student-led protest movement over alleged NEET examination irregularities and calls for educational reforms. Their statements come as the agitation, led by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), continues to gain attention, with several public figures speaking in support of students’ demands.
Sara shared a message on Instagram praising the determination of students involved in the protest. She said the movement reflected the spirit of patriotism and highlighted the importance of listening to young people who are seeking a safer and fairer future. She added that students’ aspirations were closely connected with the hopes of the nation and expressed confidence that authorities would respond with justice.
Ananya also voiced her support for the student movement, focusing on the role of young people in questioning existing systems. She said Gen Z was increasingly willing to demand fairness and accountability, adding that asking questions should not be viewed as disrespect and that speaking up could be a sign of hope and belief in positive change.

The comments from the actors come after growing public discussion around the role of celebrities in the student protests.
