Actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has previously offered a light-hearted glimpse into her married life with Abhishek, revealing who usually apologises first after a disagreement between the couple. The topic came up during her appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show, where host Kapil Sharma asked whether she and Abhishek ever argue. Aishwarya acknowledged that like any couple, they do have occasional disagreements, keeping her response candid yet humorous.
The conversation took a playful turn when Navjot Singh Sidhu assumed that Abhishek would typically be the one to say sorry first after a fight. However, Aishwarya surprised the audience by clarifying that she is often the one who takes the initiative to apologise and resolve the matter quickly.
She said, “Hum hi bolte hai ji, jaldi bol dete hai aur khatam kar dete hai baat,” explaining that she prefers to end arguments swiftly by saying sorry herself. Her comment drew laughter and surprise from the host and the studio audience alike.

Aishwarya and Abhishek, who married in April 2007, are among Bollywood’s most well-known celebrity couples. They first met in the early 2000s and have since worked together in films such as Guru, Dhoom 2, Raavan, Kuch Naa Kaho, Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke, and Umrao Jaan. The couple is also parents to their daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.
