Maruti Suzuki Hits 5,000 Arena Service Centers, Sets New Benchmark in Car Care

Maruti Suzuki opens 5,000th Arena service outlet in Coimbatore, boosting nationwide coverage.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited, in collaboration with its dealer partners, has achieved a significant milestone by inaugurating its 5,000th Arena service touchpoint in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This expansion brings the company’s total service network to over 5,640 touchpoints across 2,818 cities in India, reinforcing its commitment to delivering a seamless and high-quality car ownership experience.

The state-of-the-art facility in Coimbatore, spanning 3,200 square meters, was inaugurated by Mr. Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer, Service, and Mr. Takahiro Shiraishi, Executive Vice President, Service. Equipped with four service bays, four body repair bays, and advanced tools, the workshop is designed to provide comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

Mr. Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, emphasized the importance of accessible and reliable service in fostering customer trust. “At Maruti Suzuki, we prioritize proximity, affordability, genuine parts, and swift issue resolution. Our expansive service network ensures faster and more reliable care for customers nationwide. The company’s service network now encompasses a diverse range of formats, including Arena and NEXA workshops, Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points (MSSSP), Rural workshops, Service-on-Wheels, and Maruti Suzuki Authorized Service Stations. In Tamil Nadu alone, Maruti Suzuki operates over 400 authorized service touchpoints, underscoring its focus on accessibility in key regions.

In the financial year 2024-25, Maruti Suzuki serviced a record-breaking 27 million vehicles, the highest in its history. From April to September 2025, the company has already catered to over 14 million vehicles, with the capacity to service more than 30 million vehicles annually. To meet growing demand, Maruti Suzuki added 460 service touchpoints under its Arena and NEXA channels in FY 2024-25 and plans to introduce an additional 500 service workshops in FY 2025-26.

This milestone reflects Maruti Suzuki’s dedication to enhancing customer convenience and maintaining its position as a leader in India’s automotive industry. With its ever-expanding network, the company continues to set new benchmarks in service excellence, ensuring that customers across urban and rural areas have access to trusted, efficient, and high-quality vehicle care.
