Suzuki Avenis Special Edition Launched With New Colour And No Price Hike

Suzuki Avenis Special Edition updated with new dual-tone colour, retaining 124cc engine and unchanged pricing in India.

Suzuki Motorcycle India has introduced an updated Special Edition of its Avenis scooter, adding a new dual-tone colour scheme to enhance its visual appeal in the urban scooter segment. The latest update brings a Pearl Glacier White Metallic finish paired with Oort Gray accents, giving the scooter a refreshed and more premium appearance while keeping its mechanical package unchanged.

The Suzuki Avenis continues to be powered by a 124.3cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine equipped with Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology. The scooter retains its focus on efficiency and smooth city riding, while maintaining its existing performance characteristics. Along with the engine, the overall hardware setup remains unchanged, ensuring continuity in ride quality and reliability.

On the feature front, the Avenis Special Edition continues to offer a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity via Suzuki Ride Connect. This system provides navigation assistance, call alerts, and vehicle diagnostics. The scooter also comes equipped with LED headlamps and tail lamps, a front storage compartment with a USB charging port, and an external fuel-filling cap for added convenience.

Practicality remains a key highlight of the scooter, with 21.8 litres of under-seat storage, telescopic front suspension, 12-inch wheels, and a Combined Braking System (CBS). A side-stand engine cut-off feature has also been included to enhance rider safety, making it suitable for everyday commuting in busy urban conditions.

The Special Edition also continues Suzuki’s collaboration theme linked to Naruto Shippuden, featuring design cues inspired by the anime franchise. This edition focuses primarily on cosmetic upgrades and lifestyle appeal, with no changes to performance or equipment levels. The scooter is also bundled with select lifestyle vouchers as part of promotional offers.

Despite the visual update, Suzuki has kept pricing unchanged. The Avenis Special Edition is priced at ₹86,677 (ex-showroom), while the base model in the range starts at ₹84,293 (ex-showroom). Bookings for the updated model are currently open, with the new colour variant aimed at attracting younger buyers looking for style-focused urban mobility options.
