Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts Edition Revealed, Production Limited To 25 Units
Limited-edition Shotgun 650 gets exclusive Rough Crafts styling.
Royal Enfield has unveiled a limited-edition version of its Shotgun 650 motorcycle in collaboration with Taiwanese custom motorcycle brand Rough Crafts. Named the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts, the special edition bobber draws inspiration from the one-off Caliber Royale custom motorcycle and will be produced in limited numbers. Only 25 units have been allocated for the Indian market, making it a collector-focused offering for motorcycle enthusiasts.
The special edition motorcycle is priced at Rs 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom) and is part of a global production run of 100 individually numbered units. Royal Enfield first showcased the model at EICMA 2025 before introducing it to Indian audiences at Motoverse 2025. Unlike performance-focused special editions, this version retains the original mechanical setup while receiving several exclusive cosmetic upgrades aimed at enhancing its premium appeal.
The Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts features a unique black-themed design with a combination of Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black finishes. The motorcycle receives hand-applied gold leaf stripes, subtle grey detailing, a cast brass collaboration badge and individually numbered fuel tanks. Additional design elements include black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seats, contrast-cut alloy wheels and gold-finished fork tubes, giving the motorcycle a distinctive custom-inspired appearance.

Each motorcycle will also come with a numbered artwork piece featuring a sketch of the Caliber Royale custom motorcycle. The artwork has been designed and signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh, adding further exclusivity to the limited-run model. The collaboration reflects Royal Enfield’s focus on combining factory production with custom motorcycle aesthetics for enthusiasts seeking a more unique ownership experience.
The company will sell the motorcycle through its “Drop” sales format, with availability scheduled across international markets from July 27 to July 30. In India, the 25 allocated units will go on sale on July 30 at 7 pm IST. Interested buyers must register through the Royal Enfield App or the company’s official website between July 15 and July 30, with the first 25 successful purchasers securing the motorcycles.
Mechanically, the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts remains unchanged from the standard model. It continues to use the 648cc parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine producing 47hp and 52.3Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The appeal of this edition lies primarily in its exclusivity, design details and collector value rather than performance upgrades, making it a special offering for Royal Enfield enthusiasts looking for a rare version of the Shotgun 650.
