Honda’s 2026 ADV 350 Unveiled with New Colors: India’s Next Adventure Scooter?
Honda’s 2026 ADV 350 maxi-scooter debuts in Europe with fresh hues, fueling hopes for an Indian launch.
Honda has unveiled the 2026 iteration of its acclaimed ADV 350 maxi-scooter in Europe, introducing three striking new color schemes—Pearl Falcon Grey, Iridium Gray Metallic, and Matte Coal Black Metallic—alongside a refined Matte Pearl Cool White variant, each accentuated by updated graphics for a bolder aesthetic. Since its debut in 2022, the ADV 350 has captured the European market, selling over 35,000 units, including 10,000 in 2025 alone, thanks to its unique blend of urban practicality and adventure-ready design.
Priced at approximately €7,000 (around Rs 7.30 lakh), the scooter retains its robust mechanical and technological framework from the 2025 update, positioning it as a premium choice for riders seeking versatility and style in the competitive maxi-scooter segment.
The 2026 ADV 350 is powered by a reliable 330cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, SOHC four-valve engine, producing 29 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and 31.5 Nm of torque at 5,250 rpm, mated to a CVT automatic transmission for smooth, responsive performance. Its underbone chassis, paired with upside-down (USD) front forks and dual rear shock absorbers with preload adjustment, ensures agile handling across urban streets and light off-road trails. The scooter features a 256mm front disc and 240mm rear disc with two-channel ABS for confident braking, complemented by a 15-inch front wheel and 14-inch rear wheel with tubeless tires. With a low 795mm seat height, 186 kg curb weight, and an 11.7-litre fuel tank offering over 300 km of range (approximately 29 km/l per WMTC), the ADV 350 balances accessibility with long-distance capability, appealing to both novice and seasoned riders.
The 2025 update introduced a suite of advanced features, all carried forward into 2026, elevating the ADV 350’s appeal. Riders benefit from a 5-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync for smartphone connectivity, enabling navigation, calls, and music streaming via a four-way toggle switch. Practical additions include a 48-litre under-seat storage compartment (fitting two full-face helmets), a glovebox with USB Type-C charging, auto-cancelling indicators, and a storage compartment light. Safety is enhanced by Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) for superior traction, while optional accessory packs—Comfort, Style, Adventure, and Urban—offer customizations like heated grips, taller windscreens, skid plates, and fog lights. These features, combined with the scooter’s rugged yet sleek design, make it a standout in the 300-400cc maxi-scooter category, rivaling models like the Yamaha XMAX 300 and Kymco DT X360.

Speculation about an Indian launch has intensified as the country’s premium two-wheeler market grows, driven by increasing demand for maxi-scooters among urban commuters and adventure enthusiasts. Honda patented the ADV 350 design in India in 2022, but has yet to confirm its entry, possibly due to pricing challenges. With the premium X-ADV priced at Rs 11.90 lakh, the ADV 350 could command Rs 8-10 lakh if imported or assembled via CKD routes, positioning it against competitors like the Aprilia SR GT 200 and Vespa GTS 300. India’s scooter market, led by Honda’s Activa, saw a 12% sales uptick in 2025, with premium models gaining traction in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, where buyers value style, tech, and versatility.
A potential 2026 or 2027 Indian debut could capitalize on this trend, especially as adventure biking culture flourishes with models like the Royal Enfield Himalayan. Honda’s silence suggests strategic planning, possibly involving localization to curb costs, given the ADV 350’s advanced rider aids like HSTC and RoadSync. For now, Indian enthusiasts await confirmation, but the 2026 model’s vibrant refresh reinforces its global appeal, blending efficiency, technology, and adventure-ready aesthetics. Whether it hits Indian roads or remains a European favorite, the ADV 350 continues to redefine what a maxi-scooter can achieve.
