Hero MotoCorp launches XPulse adventure bikes in the UK.
Hero MotoCorp has officially launched the Hero Xpulse 200 4V and Hero Xpulse 200 Pro in the United Kingdom, marking another major step in the company’s global expansion strategy. The launch strengthens Hero MotoCorp’s growing presence in Europe following its entry into markets such as Italy and Spain. The motorcycles were unveiled at Inch Perfect Trials in Ribble Valley, a well-known off-road riding destination in the UK recognized for its technical trails and rugged terrain.
The company said the Xpulse range has built a strong international identity as an affordable yet capable adventure motorcycle lineup aimed at both daily riders and off-road enthusiasts. Speaking at the launch event, Harshavardhan Chitale, CEO of Hero MotoCorp, said the brand remains focused on expanding internationally with products designed to meet global standards. The UK launch is expected to help the manufacturer strengthen its foothold in the competitive European adventure motorcycle segment.
Both motorcycles are powered by a 199.6cc single-cylinder, four-valve, oil-cooled engine paired with a five-speed gearbox. The engine produces 18.9 BHP at 8,500 RPM and 17.35 Nm of torque at 6,500 RPM. According to the company, the setup has been tuned to deliver strong low-end performance along with reliable long-distance touring capability. The motorcycles also feature three ABS modes — Road, Off-Road, and Rally — allowing riders to adapt braking performance according to terrain conditions.

The Xpulse range comes equipped with several modern features, including a Bluetooth-enabled LCD instrument cluster with turn-by-turn navigation, an LED projector headlamp with LED daytime running lights, a bash plate, handguards, and a luggage plate with integrated bungee hooks. Hero MotoCorp has positioned the standard Xpulse 200 4V as a lightweight adventure motorcycle suitable for urban commuting and light trail riding. It features an 825mm seat height, 220mm ground clearance, and telescopic front forks with 190mm suspension travel.
Meanwhile, the Xpulse 200 Pro has been developed for riders seeking more serious off-road capability. The motorcycle includes adjustable suspension with 250mm front and 220mm rear suspension travel, 270mm ground clearance, handlebar risers, and an extended gear lever designed for off-road riding boots. The Pro variant also features a taller 891mm seat height. In the UK market, the Xpulse 200 4V has been priced at 2,499 pounds, while the Xpulse 200 Pro costs 2,699 pounds ex-showroom.
Hero MotoCorp’s products in the United Kingdom will be distributed through MotoGB using a network of 36 sales and service outlets across the country. The company is also offering a two-year warranty on both motorcycles. Industry analysts view the UK launch as an important milestone for Hero MotoCorp as it continues to expand beyond traditional markets and compete in the global adventure motorcycle category.
