Harley-Davidson X440 Top Variants Get Price Hike of Up to Rs 2,000
Harley-Davidson X440 top variants see price hike of Rs 2,000.
Harley-Davidson has increased the prices of its X440 motorcycle in India once again, with the top two variants becoming costlier by up to ₹2,000. The latest revision comes only two months after the company raised prices across the X440 range in June. Following the update, the motorcycle now starts at ₹2.35 lakh and goes up to ₹2.86 lakh, with all prices being ex-showroom.
The range-topping X440 T has received the biggest increase of ₹2,000 and is now priced at ₹2.86 lakh. The mid-spec X440 S has become ₹1,000 more expensive, taking its price to ₹2.60 lakh. Meanwhile, the entry-level Vivid variant has not received a price revision and continues to cost ₹2.35 lakh. The latest changes make the higher variants slightly more expensive for buyers looking to purchase the premium motorcycle.
There is currently a difference in the prices displayed across the brands' websites. While Harley-Davidson's India website continues to show the previous pricing, Hero MotoCorp's website, which manages sales and service operations for Harley-Davidson motorcycles in India, reflects the revised figures. Customers are therefore likely to see the updated prices when checking with dealerships or exploring the motorcycle through the sales network.

The latest price increase does not bring any mechanical or feature changes to the X440. The motorcycle continues to use its 440cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which produces 27 hp and 38 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and a slip-and-assist clutch. The motorcycle is positioned as a road-focused premium offering, combining Harley-Davidson's styling with a relatively accessible engine size for the Indian market.
The X440 T remains the most feature-rich version of the motorcycle. Introduced in late 2025, the variant received additions including a ride-by-wire throttle, redesigned subframe and bar-end mirrors. The electronic throttle also enabled features such as traction control and two riding modes, giving the top variant additional equipment over the lower-spec versions. Despite the latest price increase, the basic mechanical package remains unchanged across the range.
The Harley-Davidson X440 continues to compete in India's premium 350cc-450cc motorcycle segment, where it faces established models such as the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, Honda H'ness CB350 and Yezdi Roadster. With the latest revision, buyers now have to pay between ₹2.35 lakh and ₹2.86 lakh, depending on the variant selected. The repeated price increases could make the higher versions less accessible, although the X440 continues to stand out with its larger 440cc engine and Harley-Davidson branding.
